Contains high amounts of antioxidants, omegas, vitamins, flavonoids, anthocyanidins and provides anti-flammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal & skin healing benefits. Q: I'm not comfortable ordering online. Can I call in my order? A: That Girl's Bath and Body can only accept orders online and direct mail. Shopping on our site is safe and secure. Your personal and financial information are securely stored and never shared. Glycerin: Q: What is glycerin? A: Handmade soap contains the natural forming glycerin, made naturally during the soap making process, that is normally removed from other store bought soaps. In order to make the extremely hard french milled soaps, not made by hand, the glycerin must be removed or the soap would be too soft. Companies may extract the glycerin through a variety of methods and then add a percentage back to say it contains glycerin. On average handmade soap contains around 10% naturally retained glycerin. Glycerin soap is especially good for sensitive/delicate skin, minor skin conditions, children, and for pets.

Q: What are the benefits of using handmade soap? A: It is believed that the healing properties of a handmade bar of soap are great for those who suffer from skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. As well as people that have sensitive skin or are hypoallergenic. They often find immediate relief by switching to handmade soap. Handmade soap is very mild. They are often made from vegetable-based oils and do not contain the potentially harmful chemicals found in conventional bar soap. One of the biggest differences between commercial soap and handmade soap is glycerin. Glycerin is a clear liquid that absorbs water from the air and is a key factor in keeping skin soft and healthy.

Q: Can I make my handmade soap last? A: Handmade soap contains glycerin, it can retain more moisture than other soaps. To extend the life of your handcrafted soap, place it in a well-draining soap dish. Keep unused bars in a cool, dry place out of direct contact with water and sun light.

Q: Why are That Girl's Bath and Body soaps differ in size? A: All of our soaps are made in small batches by hand from start to finish. Making them all unique. Whether its decorative designs, scents and colors. Our soaps are hand cut so every batch and bar will be different. This is why they will vary a little in size. The average weight on all our bars is 5 oz.

Delivery

Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A: Soaps and balms must be delivered within 48-72 hours after they are made. We keep a small supply of some of our products on hand and replenish as they are ordered so that they arrive to the consumer at the peak of freshness. Allow orders up to 7-10 days for delivery,(Mon-Fri), pending payment approval.

You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number once your order is shipped out. You can check the status of your shipment online at www.USPS.com Please note that a delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number. USPS.com will only update the information once the item is delivered.

Delivery confirmation is not available for APO address.

Gift Services:

If the item is to be a gift please advise in the "Comments" box. The item will arrive wrapped in beautiful paper with a ribbon. A small gift card can be added upon your request with your message. *At That Girl we offer repair of jewelry pieces that have been bought from our online store. There will be no charge if bought within 60 days. After 2 months there will be a charge for repair services. Price will vary on each piece(s). You must pay to ship the jewelry back to us. If jewerly is marked with careless negligence you will not receive a refund within 15 days, but we will make every effort to rectify the problem the best way possible.

We have made our best effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products. However the actual colors you will see depends on your monitor. We do not guarantee that the colors that you see on your monitor are accurate.

Shipping:

For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. Most items are sent within the U.S. insured via USPS Priority service with delivery confirmation. Overnight will have signature confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you via email the day your item is sent. If you need it sooner please contact us for more details and cost information.

ACCURACY OF ADDRESS INFORMATION: When ordering from That Girl's Bath & Body, our customers will be guaranteeing the accuracy of their order - address, contact info. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you notice any errors after you submit your order, please contact us and we will correct it for you. We will not be able to resend your order without a correct address.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

We are not responsible for parcel shipped to the wrong address due to customers' error. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact the buyer to request the correct address and estimate of additional shipping cost to resend the parcel. If the buyer refuses to have the item resent, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping plus 20% of value the order or a $10.00 penalty fee. This fee is for resending order due to the customer providing incorrect information. If you provide a shipping address that is incorrect or incomplete, all fees relating to the return of the package will be at your expense. Q: Do you ship Overseas? A: We are sorry, but products purchased on thatgirlsbathandbody.com can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States. USPS (United States Postal Service ONLY).

Q: Damage or Lost Package?

A: We ship USPS only. Our primary shipping method is Priority Mail which is usually a 2-3 day delivery time with track & delivery confirmation. Typically you will receive notification via your email from USPS when the package was shipped, and you will be provided a tracking number which you can track at www.usps.com. You will be notified by email by us after your order has been placed. Shipment tracking in detail is not available for packages shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). You will have to contact USPS for lost or damaged packages. That Girl's Bath & Body is not liable for any lost shipments. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, or undelivered shipments directly with USPS. If you wish you may add insurance on your USPS package. To add insurance select to do so during checkout or contact us by email. USPS Express Mail Overnight delivery: By selecting Express overnight mail your package will automatically be insured with insurance coverage. Delivery even on Sundays and holidays, No Saturday charge, No fuel surcharge, and free tracking information. Priority Mail and Parcel Post: You will be charged an additional fee for insurance. If you choose not to select insurance and your shipment is lost you will have to contact USPS with any claims or lost items. Because we have no control over the fate of a package after it leaves us, only insured packages will be replaced if damaged or missing within 3 business days. If you did not purchase shipping insurance on your order – That Girl's Bath and Body is not responsible nor liable for any damage due to carrier negligence. If insurance was purchased, please contact us by phone or email to start a claim process. DO NOT throw out the box, product, or any packing materials used on your order as these will be needed by the carrier to file a claim. If the box, product, or and packing material are not available to be viewed by the carrier, That Girl's Bath & Body will be unable to accommodate you with a claim. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Number.

Out of stock items

Q: How will I know if an item is in stock? A: That Girl's Bath & Body's site tells users when an item is out of stock, if it is a limited item, or how many items are on hand. Please allow the minimum of 14 business days for item to be re-stocked. Once the item comes in, it will immediately be shipped out to you. For back orders please allow 4-6 weeks. You will be contacted if this scenario occurs. If the product is still not in stock due to a situation beyond our control we will notify you and the item will be cancelled from your order. (This is very unusual, most items are on hand.)

Why does the earring look green but its says pink?

A: Please note that different computer monitors have varying color viewing qualities. The jewelry has been photographed using the best equipment and method possible, however some variations do occur. Natural gemstones will have occasional inclusions and irregularities.

RETURN POLICY: We offer no return for make-up for health reason, however purchases other than make-up can be returned to us if you are not satisfied with them.

Opened Merchandise: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchase, then you will not be credited at all much less 50% of the purchase price. If more than 1/4 of the product has been used, a refund or replacement will not be granted. Once we receive the package back a determination of the refund amount will be made at our sole descretation. Freight charges are excluded from refunds.

All Unopened Merchandise: Within 15 days a refund of the purchase price(less shipping charges). Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks, etc are allowed items are bought as is. Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 15 Days: There are no refunds after 15 days of the date of your Sales Receipt/Invoice. Shipping Fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Shipping Charges for expidited UPS express overnight services which are delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable.

Please email us first before you return the item(s). The item(s) has to be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please return the item(s) unopen, unused and undamaged. If the item(s) comes in a gift box, please return the gift box alongs with the item. We will refund you for the amount you purchase the item(s) minus shipping.

Processing time for returns is 14 days, you will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been credited back to your credit card.

Returns:

Please package the item(s) securely and include the packing slip received with the product indicating the reason for the return. This will ensure a prompt and accurate refund. We will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D

Please insure your items when sending them through the mail.

This cost is to be covered by the customer and is non refundable. Please include a copy of the original invoice. Your credit card will be corrected the amount of the item after it has been received in good condition.

Cancellations:

There are no cancellations and no changes will be made after your order is completed. That Girl guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Jewelry Returns / Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us if you are unsatisfied for any reason and we will promptly repair, replace, or issue a credit for your item. If you would like to return any item we asked that it is done within 15 days of purchase. We will reimburse you the cost of the products returned less shipping. We do ask that you try to resolve any issues with the product before requesting a refund. Unfortunately we can not refund any items that have been damage or jewelry shows signs of careless negligence. No refunds will be given after 15 days. Returned items must be unused and returned in proper non-crushable packaging. Ask us about our policy for returns or exchanges since we may have changed our policy without notice.

Return Policies

We offer conditional 15-day money back guarantee for That Girl's products, however we do charge an administrative fee. NO LONGER CARRY A FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE JUST A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. We will work without customers to try to find a solution to any problem.

Admininstrative

Why an administrative fee? An Admin Fee becomes necessary in order for us to keep our costs and prices down. A majority of customers never return items. When items are returned, they cannot be resold. That Girl pays credit card and check processing fees associated with each order.

15% Administrative Fee Covers:

The administrative fee covers the cost of these charges. If not paid by those who returned them, the additional costs have to be "shared" by others. We choose to keep our prices down by charging an administrative fee to non-defective, no-fault returns. We try to keep the administrative fee as low as possible and in line with the cost associated with the return.

A 15% administrative fee is deducted from all returns and refunds. EX: Disliking a product, size, style, shape, or being allergic to it. Before ordering please view ingridents on this or other page of this site or contact us. We will only waive this fee for returns due to our own error.

Repairs:

Unless items are determined to be defective, all repairs will be performed for a fee. Please contact us for further information before returning any item for repair or replacement.

Jewelry Care

Most beads of fine quality have small holes and require the use of light wire for stringing. Please handle your jewelry very delicately & store items flat, out of direct sunlight & away from heat. Never apply hairspray, lotions or perfume while wearing jewelry.

Pearls are porous and need gentle handling. It is best to wipe with a soft lint free cloth after each wearing. If they come in contact with harsh cleaners the outer finish can come off.

There are many porous stones that should not be soaked for any length of time (turquoise, lapis lazuli, opal, coral, onyx, opal). Clean with mild soapy water, rinse, then pat dry. Alternatively you can wipe with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Silver can be wiped with a silver polish cloth or dipped in a silver cleaning solution. Silver tarnishes, a process caused by oxidation. To prevent excess tarnish, polish regularly by gently rubbing with a soft polishing cloth, meant for this purpose. Never dip your items in any type of jewelry or metal cleaner as it will harm pearls and many types of stones. Cleaners also remove the intentional oxidation that we use in some of our beads and findings.

To prevent tarnish we recommend keeping silver items in an airtight environment such as a zip-lock bag.

It's advised to put your jewelry on after applications of lotions, hairspray and perfume. Take off your jewelry while you're gardening, swimming, and doing dishes etc by.

Mixed stones and Silver items are best wiped with a polish cloth.

Matte Onyx- loves oils. If they are not worn for a time a fine grey film can develop. This is easily remedied by the natural oils on your skin or you can rub baby oil to return it to a dark shiny black finish.

Store items, flat to prevent the beading wire from bending, in a cloth bag or box with tarnish-inhibiting strips to prevent tarnish. Vermeil items should be stored in plastic ziplock bags.

Gold Filled items are 14k gold that is bonded to other metals. It should also be stored in a cloth bag or box with tarnish-inhibiting strips.
