You can order from our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our normal office hours are 9am-5pm (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday. Please feel free to call us at 804.452.2659.
We may not always be able to answer the phone but please leave a message and we will return your call. We do ask that you respect our office hours on phone calls since we are a home based business and as such we don't have 24 hour operators.
Our office is extremely busy - whether we are out delivering local orders, assisting clients on the telephone or shipping out orders. Keep in mind that if you should reach our voice mail system, due to heavy phone volume, please leave a message. We will do our best to return your call within a few hours. ORDERING SHIPPING DEADLINE: A production time of 5-8 business days and processing time of 3 business days. Remember most items are made to order to arrive at peak of freshness. Please be aware when ordering of these delays to ensure you receive your package in enough time.
Made to Order: All of our products, except most makeup and jewelry, is made to order and each is made in small batches. This way the items arrive at the peak of freshness to our customers.
